Blue Diamond Resorts welcomes Canadian Charles Parks as Corporate Chef
Blue Diamond Resorts is pleased to welcome Corporate Chef Charles Parks to the rapidly growing hotel management company.
In this new role, overseeing the culinary development of the resort chain’s award winning brands like Memories and Royalton Luxury Resorts, Parks will bring new dish designs by merging his technical experience with local ingredients across all restaurant concepts. Chef Parks’ cooking style is defined by his personality: a lover of natural products and ingredients in their original essence. Chef Parks plans to deliver his purely delicious creations across these impressive hotels.

Born in Montreal, Chef Parks began exploring his culinary talent at the age of 15. Today, he brings to this position more than 30 years of international experience and technical specialization in a variety of cuisines. From Japan to New York, with Paris, San Francisco and Panama in between Chef Parks is a true conveyor of culinary diversity. His recent experience as Corporate Chef has taken him to the unique island of Cuba, overseeing 26 hotels and 48 Executive Chefs.
